Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive them.
- Condition: All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes items purchased during clearance or special promotional events.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please visit our online Returns Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable). Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please follow the instructions in the Returns Portal. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund for non-defective items in certain regions, as detailed during the return process.
Refund Process
- Timing: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
- Bank Processing: Please note that after we issue the refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on their processing times.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please use our online Returns Portal. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards (electronic or physical).
- Items that are not in their original condition, have been worn, damaged, or are missing tags or original packaging.
- Items returned without a valid return authorization.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund upon receipt of the incorrect/damaged item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
