All orders are shipped using our preferred carrier partners. The specific carrier and available service levels may vary depending on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please note that we are unable to make changes to an order (including shipping address or items) once it has been placed and is in the processing stage.

Delivery Estimates & Transit Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the carrier has received and scanned your package. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery window, unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to weather events.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the country of origin for this website. We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service level, delivery destination, and the size/weight of your order. You will see the final shipping charge before completing your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout based on your delivery location and local tax regulations.

Tracking Your Order

You can track the status of your shipped order by using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer directly to the carrier’s website using your tracking number.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt is made by the carrier and fails (e.g., no one available to sign, inaccessible location), the carrier will typically leave a notice and may return the package to a local depot for pickup. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery or pickup. Packages that are ultimately returned to us due to failed delivery may be subject to restocking fees, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with household members or neighbors. Please also verify the delivery location noted by the carrier.
If the package remains missing, please contact our Customer Care team. We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace on the package. Please allow a reasonable investigation period. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For high-value items, you may consider requesting a signature upon delivery during checkout if the option is available.
